About the Owner
Stephen Kildahl, owner & founder of Gulf Coast Boat Care is originally from Sarasota, FL and first arrived to the Southwest Florida area in 2010 while attending Florida Gulf Coast University in the pursuit of a Business Management Degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He remained here in Southwest Florida after graduation as a Dock Master at a local Marina in Bonita Springs and continued following his passion in the boating industry. GCBC started as Stephen tending to a handful of boats for part time Southwest Florida residents and the demand quickly grew. Stephen’s life revolves around caring for boats, his personal favorite being the Offshore Power Boat that his father and him race together as a life long hobby. Stephen welcomes the opportunity to grow his business here in Southwest Florida and work towards becoming a trusted name that you can count on.
